Collection and Use of Personal Information
Personal information is data that can be used to uniquely identify or contact a single person. When you give us your email address or other contact information, RCON HQ will not share that information with any other Organization or Individual. We believe in the Golden Rule, to treat others as we would like to be treated. We don't like spam, especially from 3rd parties that we never contacted. Therefore, we will not do that to you. RCON HQ is committed to protecting any personal information that you may provide to us.
Collection and Use of Non-Personal Information
The non-personal information you provide, such as server IP addresses and RCON passwords, is only used to fulfill your specific request. The server details you provide are stored locally on your device. They are only saved online on our secure servers if you make a backup using the 'Backup & Restore' feature on older versions (prior to 3.0.0) of the RCON HQ application. Since version 3.0.0, the server details are synced between your devices using the Apple iCould functionality and are no longer stored on our servers.
We use Google Analytics within this app to collect anonymous data about which screens you view, how long you stay on them, what devices you use, and quite a bit more. The tracking information allows us to better understand how you use the app and which features you find the most useful. This allows us to make better decisions about design and future releases. No personally identifying data is included in this type of reporting.
Distribution of Information
We will never share, sell, or rent your information with third parties for their promotional use. We may disclose or report personal information in limited circumstances where we believe in good faith that disclosure is required under the law. For example, we may be required to disclose personal information to cooperate with regulators or law enforcement authorities, to comply with a legal process such as court order, subpoena, search warrant, or law enforcement request.
Security of Collected Information
We maintain strict physical, electronic, and administrative safeguards to protect your personal information from unauthorized or inappropriate access. We restrict access to information about you to the RCON HQ workers who need to know the information to respond to your inquiry or request.
Access to Collected Information
You may review and update the information that you provide to us through this app by contacting us as described below.
